ILLUSTRATION FRIDAY: TALL

So I looked up the word this week which is tall, and thought this line art work I did would fit in nicely. She may not be extremely tall as far as height is concerned, but I figured with this modern pin up any woman can stand a little taller.

I was going through my tumblr one day, and all the pictures were of skinny models, who to be honest, just looked unhealthy. I wanted to have a real woman with real curves, and since practicing with the tablet was on my list of things to do, I created her as a modern pin up. It's definitely been done before and is by no means an original concept, but it's nice to focus on the fact that people are beautiful, and beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. So stand (or sit in my case) tall ladies, because curves are extra awesome!
